She began her studies at Cégep Montmorency in physical rehabilitation technique which led her to an international internship in pediatrics and serious road injuries at the Carbet hospital in Martinique. Wanting to deepen her knowledge, she received a scholarship to continue her studies at the University of Montreal in the BAC-Master's continuum program in physiotherapy. Since her graduation in 2011, Stéphanie has worked in private clinics with a varied musculoskeletal clientele. She made her debut in a sports clinic affiliated with the Armada hockey team and got involved in events such as the Blainville triathlon.

Upon returning from her maternity leave, an opportunity in a physiatry clinic introduced her to another aspect of the profession affecting chronic cervical and lower back pain. From this experience was born the interest and passion for working in a multidisciplinary team which puts the patient at the center of all our interventions.

Stéphanie is a sports and Crossfit enthusiast. She uses her extensive knowledge in muscle control and specific strengthening to allow her patients an early return to their favorite sporting activities without pain.
