Graduated in 1983 from a private institution in Montreal, Sylvie has accumulated several years of experience in administration including accounting and 25 years in customer service. Always eager to learn, she continued to perfect her studies in IT support, discovering that during these years a passion was born; that of helping people with their computer equipment, and at the same time, continuing customer service, which for her has become a vocation.

A sportswoman since a young age and the daughter of a hockey player, the field of sport is part of her life. She has participated in several alpine ski competitions, as well as mountain running training. For 14 years, she worked in a sports center and worked alongside athletes and health specialists. The field of health and sport quickly became a way of life and the experience acquired in this field has continued to grow.
