Amélie has a tailor-made, solution-focused approach using various techniques including NLP, hypnosis and Polyvagal Theory. Understanding that the body reflects what happens in the brain, its mission is to help people control their psychological and emotional stress before it transforms into psychosomatic illness.
She worked as a criminal court clerk for 6 years. She had a career as a police officer for 12 years. She then trained in neuro-linguistic programming, regressive and quantum hypnosis, Reiki 1-2, Psycom Communication and polyvagal theory. She currently works as a worker in an addiction center as well as as an NLP Coach via Zoom or in person.
She accompanies you in the liberation of emotional blockages, fears, limiting beliefs, programming that prevents you from being in your full potential. She guides you and gives you tools for managing your psychological and emotional stress.
