Pourtant, ils peuvent r\u00e9v\u00e9ler une surcharge cognitive. La vraie question devient alors : peut-on y rem\u00e9dier et \u00e9viter l\u2019\u00e9puisement mental?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u2019est quoi la surcharge&nbsp;cognitive?&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La surcharge cognitive survient lorsque le cerveau re\u00e7oit plus d\u2019informations qu\u2019il ne peut en traiter efficacement. Chaque jour, nous sommes expos\u00e9s \u00e0 une multitude de stimuli : \u00e9crans, notifications, bruit, multit\u00e2che, pression professionnelle et responsabilit\u00e9s personnelles. Le cerveau doit analyser, prioriser et d\u00e9cider en continu. \u00c0 force d\u2019accumulation, sa capacit\u00e9 diminue temporairement, comme une batterie qui se d\u00e9charge lorsque trop d\u2019applications sont ouvertes en m\u00eame temps. La concentration devient plus difficile, la m\u00e9moire moins fiable et la fatigue s\u2019installe, m\u00eame sans effort physique. Que ce soit apr\u00e8s une commotion c\u00e9r\u00e9brale ou simplement en raison d\u2019un rythme de vie exigeant, cette surcharge est un signal que le cerveau a besoin d\u2019ajustements.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Commotion c\u00e9r\u00e9brale ou simplement une surcharge?&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sympt\u00f4mes d\u2019une commotion et ceux d\u2019une surcharge cognitive peuvent se ressembler. La commotion est une blessure caus\u00e9e par un impact ou un mouvement brusque&nbsp;ou le cerveau entre en collision avec la boite cr\u00e2nienne, ce qui r\u00e9duit temporairement la capacit\u00e9 du cerveau \u00e0 traiter l\u2019information.
