What is vestibular rehabilitation?<\/strong><\/h2>

Your vestibular system is located in the inner ear and helps you orient yourself in space during angular movements, for example when checking blind spots in a car. It is also used during linear movements such as when in an elevator.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

After a concussion<\/a>, it is common to have difficulty getting the eyes to converge to fixate on an object, to follow a moving object with the eyes or to adjust between targets up close and targets at a distance.
